Take something you love, tell people about it, bring together people who share your love, and help make it better. Ultimately, you'll have more of whatever you love for yourself and the world. -Julius Schwartz (1915-2004)

Trailer Park

I just got back from seeing Serenity again. Needless to say, I like it. It has a quality the Star Wars prequels lacked that the originals had...oh, yeah...Han Solo. The only thing I don't like about it...the only thing...is the cowboy talk. It kind of grated on me the second time around. I think in the future we should speak the King's English. Now, too.

Here are the trailers that played with Serenity, and my opinion of them, which I feel you are entitled to:

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - Pass. I could care less. Its all just an advertisement for the cult anyway.

Jarhead - I want to see this one. Its directed by Sam Mendes. At first, I thought it looked like a recruitment piece. But American Beauty isn't exactly an ad campaign for suburban living, now, is it?

Zorro - Catharine Zeta-Jones won an Oscar, didn't she? Pure crap.

Doom - There has never been a good video game movie. Ever. And this won't be the first.
